  • Integrity Testing - from Insight Worldwide as a standard part of our prescreening process.
    • Created by a team of PhDs and employment professionals with over 50 years of experience in the fields of test development, validation, pre-employment screening, employment selection, and employment practices
    • Conforms to the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and meets federal and state laws and regulations
    • Helps to eliminate problem applicants before the interview process and gives accurate predictors of potentially dangerous behavior.
  • Prove-It Skills Assessments –
    • Prove-It technology helps us make the right decisions in a time-efficient manner.
    • StaffCo can administer a password protected session ID to candidates via email or at our office locations.
    • Tests are offered in a variety of languages.
    • Test subjects range from software, industrial, safety, office skills, and much more.
    • Scores are emailed to the administrator immediately upon the completion with a comprehensive report that includes proficiency by skill type, task type and question level.
    • All results have a thorough validation process that adheres to EEOC guidelines.
  • Advantages of Pre-employment Assessments
    • Specialized Uses: Tests can reliably and accurately measure some job-related skills, like complex problem solving or software proficiency, that might be difficult to measure during interviews.
    • Objectivity: Even the most well designed structured interview will involve some interviewer bias. An administrator might affect certain tests, but overall pre-employment assessments can be standardized and objective.
    • Efficiency: A fifteen-minute test that screens out unqualified applicants may save hours of additional structured interviews.

StaffCo is fully trained and certified:

    • WRC Certification: This certification obtained by StaffCo in May 2009 concentrates on risk control through training, loss prevention, loss control and requires safety audits of StaffCo by Risk Control Services.
    • CSP: Our staff is thoroughly trained, tested and continually educated through the American Staffing Association. The CSP program enhances the competency and knowledge of labor and employment law of our professionals who interact with candidates, employees and clients; protecting StaffCo and our customers.

Employment Benefits

    • Our employees receive reduced health and dental insurance at the time of hire through our membership with ASA. We offer, at no charge to you, holiday pay and vacation pay after working a set amount of hours. We also offer a 401k plan. (StaffCo charges no fees to the employees for using our services.)
