ASA (American Staffing Association)

StaffCo is a member of the American Staffing Association. The ASA promotes legal, ethical, and professional practices for the staffing industry through legal & legislative advocacy, public relations, education, and the establishment of high standards of ethical conduct.

CSP (Certified Staffing Professional)

All personnel at StaffCo are Certified Staffing Professionals through the ASA. The CSP program tests & enhances one’s knowledge of labor and employment law on both a federal and state level. Once a staffing professional passes their CSP exam and is certified, that individual must complete a required amount of continuing education training hours to keep their certification.

StaffCo is partnered with Risk Control Services, a company specializing in risk management training and programming for staffing firms throughout the world. RCS offers webinars, safety meeting/flier ideas that are up-to-date, tips to aid in the event of a worker’s compensation claim, integrity products, and interactive risk training on all sides.

WRC Certification (Worker’s Compensation Risk Certification)

StaffCo Employment Services focuses on the critical area of safety for co-employer relations. We are committed to safety and risk management so that we are able to lower recordable accidents for ourselves and our clients. The WRC standard is administered by industry leadership including the WRC Advisory Council, the American Staffing Association (the voice of the Staffing Industry) and RCS Services – the nation’s fourth largest independent risk management consulting firm. Benefits of WRC certification for both ourselves and out clients include:
