Tonya Wemhoff
President

Tonya is the President of StaffCo Employment Services. She has a BS and a Master’s degree in Education and Reading. StaffCo started in 1993 with one woman and one customer. She has since grown her business to four area locations.

Tonya feels that community involvement is important, and therefore all offices are participating with their local Chamber. The Columbus Chamber of Commerce awarded her the Athena Award in 2005 for outstanding businesswoman of the year. She states that commitment to clients, applicants and employees is what makes this company successful. “As a business leader, we touch the future; we lead.”

Jennifer McDuffee
District Manager - West Point & Fremont

Jennifer is originally from South Central Nebraska. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with Human Resource and Office Administration emphases. In addition to holding her Certified Staffing Professional certificate, she also maintains a Professional in Human Resources certificate.

She has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, agriculture, restaurant, retail and education. Before joining StaffCo, Jennifer spent over 6 years in the Human Resources field. She is a true asset to our team and she understands what it truly means to be “on the other side of the desk”. She enjoys being able to lift a client’s burden by making the recruiting and hiring process easier, and assisting applicants in finding the right position they can excel in.

Cassie Wilson Reed
Branch Manager - Columbus

Cassie was born in Amarillo, Texas and grew up in the Austin area running road races and traveling the country with her track club. Cassie graduated from West TX High and then ventured to Washington State. Cassie worked at the Washington State US Naval base coordinating uniform orders and service medals. She has also spent time in the trenches of the medical field working in Urgent Care and the Emergency Department in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Thinking outside the box led Cassie to pursue learning massage therapy. Cassie also worked in Agriculture as dispatch and work order management in Oklahoma. As a licensed Insurance Agent in Texas, she managed life, accident and health sales and claims. With this wide variety of experiences, she settled in Nebraska and joined the staffing industry, where she is devoted to helping match employers and employees right here in the Columbus area.

Jason Gansebom
Branch Manager - Norfolk

Jason is the newest addition to our Branch Management team. He is originally from Osmond Nebraska. He attended NECC College, majoring in Veterinary Care and Agri-business. Jason's career background encompasses a variety of experiences including partner in the family farm, restaurant management and Safety/Worker's Compensation administration in the Transportation and Construction industries. He has spent the past 3 years, living and working in North Carolina, but is excited to be back in Nebraska, because it really is "The Good Life".
